The company

We are dynamic digital media agency run by an experienced management team, who have a passion for digital. We’re looking for an ambitious and experienced PPC professional to join the team to help manage and oversee our clients PPC accounts.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to take on responsibility for the running and growth of a key part of our business. This exciting new role would suit an in-house expert  looking  for  a  fresh  challenge  with  a  dynamic,  friendly  and  hungry agency  or  an experienced agency player looking for their next career step into senior management.

The role

You will be responsible for the day to day management, optimisation and growth of our client’s PPC campaigns as well as working closely with our affiliate and display teams to ensure an integrated offering to our clients.

Responsibilities;

  • Managing client’s budgets and expectations effectively, ensuring all campaigns deliver in line with our client’s objectives
  • Working with the MD to evolving our agency credentials in the PPC space
  • Maximising the  relationship  between  paid  search  and  other  channels  by  working  closely with the whole agency team
  • Keeping up to date with industry news and developments and sharing this with the team and our clients
  • Ongoing strategic reviews of all campaigns
  • Representing the agency by speaking at events, attending industry functions and publishing thought leadership white papers
  • Developing a market leading product that becomes recognised for its excellence
  • Managing a team

The candidate

  • At least 3 years’ experience of hands on PPC & Biddable management, working with budgets of at least £50,000 a month
  • People management
  • Highly motivated with the ability to lead and motivate others
  • A great team player with brilliant communication skills
  • Analytical with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics
  • Proactive team player with a keen eye for detail

    The role

    The Performance Planning Manager is a crucial role ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our performance media activations. The role involves working closely with channel specialists to deliver campaigns and drive digital channel performance. This role is perfect for somebody who is passionate about media planning and client management, and who wants to fast track their experience and digital skill set with a retail ecommerce client.

    Responsibilities include;

    • Solid knowledge of key platform capabilities (e.g. Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, DV360, Google Analytics), and an ability to talk independently about opportunities in client meetings and with internal teams
    • Manage the briefing process and work flow of the specialist teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of work
    • Drive performance plans that deliver “best in class” planning, delivered in partnership with data and specialist channel teams – PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Display and Social
    • Create media channel testing strategies and roadmaps, working closely with activation specialist teams
    • Demonstrate an understanding of the media and technology developments that influence performance planning and clients business
    • Lead non-core client workflows, such as scoping new projects and initiatives
    • Seamless running of accounts: ‘zero issues policy’, no queries, no missed deadlines
    • Responsible for accuracy and quality of work being produced by all channel teams
    • Responsible for the effective management of finance processes of the team. Ensuring all bookings are on the system correctly and reconciliations are completed on time
    • Passionate about delivering media solutions that maximise clients ROI from media investment regardless of the success metric being worked too (clicks, sales, engagement etc)
    • Respond to all client briefs and requests in a timely, professional and efficient manner
    • Develop and demonstrate an understanding of the client industry sector, the competitors within that sector and the general industry environment
    • Support in developing clients business, matching resource to clients’ needs and pulling in resource where needed from other departments to drive incremental revenue
    • Optimise team revenue and profitability through effective management of financial processes
    • Be a role model for channel teams, displaying excellence in client servicing and performance planning process and rigour
    • Create fun: the team should be a fun, collaborative and productive environment to work
    • Promote the performance planning product and participate in internal training, projects and new business
    • Proactively work with internal teams to build client solutions

    The candidate

    Requirements for the successful candidate:

    • Relevant experience in planning Digital Acquisition Campaigns
    • Experience across Paid Search, SEO, Paid Social, Display, Affiliates and Ecommerce
    • Full comprehensive understanding of the digital marketplace inclusive of ad-tech, attribution and programmatic opportunities
    • Strong presentation, strategy and storytelling skills
    • The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; working under pressure and prioritise workload
    • Excellent English communication skills – written and spoken

      The role

      As a Digital Account Manager, you will play a significant role in the development, execution and management of multiple affiliate programmes. You will service a number of key agency clients, supporting your line manager to ensure that the team deliver programme growth and high levels of client satisfaction.

      The role encompasses a wide range of duties, including;

      • Proactively manage portfolio of client affiliate programmes, ensuring on-going performance to target metrics
      • Recruit new affiliates and manage / build relationships with existing affiliates
      • Grow client programmes to include new tactics, offers, recruitment strategies with the support of a Senior Account Manager
      • Provide regular performance reports and insights
      • Establish and maintain strong client relationships through face to face meetings, phone calls and email
      • Develop an awareness of key affiliate industry issues

      The candidate

      • Minimum two years’ experience within an agency and/or network
