We are a new breed of independent media agencies with a growing base of both challenger and mature brands looking to take on an AV manager to work with some of our key clients and help further build out the agency’s AV capabilities.

Working closely with creative teams is a big part of this role. We bring modern media thinking to mature brands as well as helping challengers grow and scale to the next level through investment in media and advertising.

Our team consists of media experts with decades of network agency experience, brand strategists and creatives brought together to develop simple and inventive media thinking inspired by real human behaviour.

The role

About The Role

As a senior digital executive, you will be involved in the planning and buying of client campaigns. This involves all digital channels with a focus on display, video and digital audio whilst working closely with the Paid Social Team to align on plans for paid social and influencers. You will be tasked with briefing our media owners, and campaign set-up –both direct buys with media owners and in DSPs /digital platforms, and ongoing management, including collating screengrabs and building reports all with minimal supervision. You’ll also be tasked with building insightful PCAs with support from the team.

The campaigns you will be working on are across both branding and performance marketing objectives with an emphasis on FMGC, Fashion, and ecommerce sectors. From time to time, you will also get the opportunity to work across different teams to support other aspects of projects that may not be within your usual remit.

This is a great role for a candidate who is capable of managing smaller to mid-sized campaigns with minimal supervision to help this fast-growing agency with a variety of client briefs.

Key Responsibilities

Client management:

Develop close working relationships with our clients

Provide excellent and attentive service

Manage approved campaign bookings with finance and resource teams

Establishing and developing relationships with media owners

Planning:

Take client briefs and create innovative digital media plans

Demonstrate how you will deliver quantifiable outcomes

Confidently plan and buy paid ad campaigns across programmatic, direct display and social

Work with internal and external creative teams

Advise on how to build and optimise creative assets for digital channels

Keep abreast of the latest and most exciting digital trends and platforms to bring innovation

Develop practical knowledge of planning and buying tools across different channels

Campaign Management:

Work on campaign setup with digital media owners

Build campaigns in DSPs / media owner platforms

Manage, analyse and optimise campaigns across digital channels to meet client objectives

Ensure every brief you receive has a clear set of measurable outcomes

You will be responsible for meeting an exceeding any agreed targets

Create reports with insightful analysis to inform clients and key stakeholders

Research benchmarks, past performance, and market pressures to understand key market dynamics

Innovation and Collaboration

Actively seek out new trends, industry news, updates and product launches

Support with new business pitches, analysis, and preparation if required

Take a proactive role in knowing everything about our clients’ market

Review competitor activity and creative reviews

About The Candidate

Knowledgeable and opinionated on the media marketplace

Desired attributes

Experience in client relationships

Experience in setting up and managing campaigns in DV360, The Trade Desk or any other DSPs would be a bonus
