Digital Acquisitions Manager

Position: Digital Acquisitions Manager 
Location:  Brighton / remote client-side
Salary: £45k per Annum 

Summary 

Exciting opportunity for a talented agency or client-side executive to work in a small team in the hugely topical reusables industry.  

The company

This is a fantastic opportunity for a client-side agency executive or and agency exec looking to move client-side. We are an award-winning UK company in the sustainable reusable industry.

The role

Your focus will be on identifying optimisations and driving efficiencies across our existing performance media channels, managing our affiliate programme (both recruitment and optimisation), optimising our onsite journey and conversion / bounce rates, and developing our SEO strategy and implementation to capitalise on interest in the market.
Working with both our digital performance agency and internal marketing team, you will lead all things messaging and reporting that gets the most out of our channels and strive to drive greater return from existing as well as exploring additional avenues for business growth.
In addition to the above, the post holder will also actively participate in projects and carry out other duties that may be outside the standard remit, that will benefit the company as a whole.

Digital Management and Campaigns
Assist in design and delivery of the company’s digital campaign strategy.
Design and manage digital marketing campaigns.
Day-to day updating of the marketing laydown.
Maintain an awareness of email marketing trends.
Ensure compliance with industry standard best practice, SPAM and GDPR.
Reporting on performance and campaigns.
Proactively identify new ways to boost campaign performance.
Support the marketing manager.

General Marketing
Lead the design, briefing, copywriting and approval of all content .
Write, edit, and proofread copy for promotional materials within digital.
Create engaging content across multiple social and multimedia platforms.
Regularly report on insights and analytics.
Manage and monitor website content and design.
Support the company objectives to increase brand awareness and marketing.
Advise on marketing, demand, and lead generation efforts.
Brief and oversee the work of external consultants and agencies.
Work with the marketing executive to create a regular trade comms program.
Writing copy for pad channels (PPC and Social).
Developing the affiliate marketing programme.
Own and distribute a learning document to the business (including SMT).
Use Google Analytics to understand our customers’ journey.
Identify opportunities for conversion optimisation on page and in UX.

Analysis and Measures
Responsible for tracking media agency performance.
Monitor the success of each campaign.
Measuring ROI and adjusting campaigns where necessary.
Analyse campaign reports regularly and take data driven action.
Track all KPIs including open rates, conversion rates, ROI.
Work proactively to improve KPIs
Collect partner and customer feedback on a periodical basis.
Offer performance and learnings to be taken onboard by the business.

The candidate

Minimum 2 years working experience in digital marketing is essential.
Experience in SEMrush.
Experience working across digital display media, PPC, and biddable tech.
Working knowledge of affiliate marketing, Amazon advertising and SEO.
