The role

As a Performance Marketing Account Executive, you will play a significant role in the development, execution and management of digital media plans across key digital channels and clients. You will help manage several agency clients, supporting your line manager to ensure that the team deliver innovative and effective digital communications and high levels of client satisfaction.

 

The role encompasses a wide range of duties, including;

  • The delivery of outstanding client service
  • Ensuring campaigns are delivered timely, accurately and efficiently
  • Exploration of emerging media opportunities
  • Liaising with key internal and external suppliers/contacts
  • Managing financial queries, spending summaries, media payments and reconciliations as well as ensuring internal processes are met
  • More specifically you will be expected to;
  • Manage and coordinate campaigns and clients on a day to day basis
  • Manage basic administrative tasks/office management
  • Develop a rapport with the vendor community
  • Become proficient in the use of agency platforms and ad serving tools
  • Participate in account brainstorming and media strategy development

    The role

    We are currently looking for a Programmatic Manager to join our team to work on a diverse and exciting range of clients. The Programmatic Manager is responsible for all aspects of our programmatic campaign implementations.  This involves overseeing the account executive support, maintaining best practice implementation for optimisation and campaign set up.

     

    The candidate will also have opportunity to be involved in new business and RFP responses, so must be able to communicate strategy effectively.  The ideal candidate will have prior programmatic buying experience, strong analytical, writing and comprehension skills, and extensive experience with multiple DSP technologies.

     

    Most importantly, they must possess a strong inner drive to proactively assess opportunities

    for client growth as well as process efficiencies.

     

    KEY OBJECTIVES:

     

    • Be the ‘go to’ person for programmatic buying and strategy for all clients within the team.
    • Maintain overall responsibility for campaign performance and delivery within team.
    • Manage campaign workflow and workload within the team.
    • Work effectively with communication planning & digital buying teams to ensure an integrated approach with other media channels.
    • Understand and effectively communicate our value proposition, technology, and processes as related to the growth of current and prospective agency accounts.
    • Execute and manage programmatic campaigns for agency clients across Display, Video & Mobile (e.g. auction/exchange based performance media, audience-based buying, remarketing campaigns).

    • Brand Safety solutions – Preferably IAS & DoubleVerify

            The role

            As a Senior Exec you will have regular contact with the client and will be involved in campaigns from the planning stage. Show passion and understanding of what is required to deliver market leading campaigns across TV, Video, Programmatic across Broadcasters and YouTube with an element of Cinema for a selection of key clients.

             

            Responsibilities include;

            • Develop a full understanding of all relevant systems and tools to understand audience behaviour and consumption of TV, Video and Programmatic across Broadcasters and YouTube.
            • Negotiate with various sales house teams to drive access to the top performing environments for our target audiences
            • Support Manager to deliver outstanding work every time and meet all deadlines set by either the AV team, planning team and/or the client

            • Keeping abreast of changes within the AV marketplace and show proactivity and interest in client’s and/or media owner’s business, sharing category news and information with the wider AV team

            • Building relationships with the planning teams and clients – understanding the client’s organisational structure
            • Be proactive and offer support to senior members of the AV team

            The candidate

            The ideal candidate should have a genuine hunger to become a fully-rounded and specialist AV media buyer and planner. You will be educated to degree level (with a 2:2 or above) and have a
            strong understating of basic mathematics. You will continually keep up-to-date with market
            developments. You should be passionate about delivering outstanding work on every campaign –
            ensure all activity is delivered as planned ensuring the most cost efficient route for our clients. Core
            skills should include:

            • Basic negotiation skills
            • Basic presentation skills
            • Ability to work well with people – within the team, within the wider agency, with clients and media owners
            • Competent with excel documents and the construction of formulas
            • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
            • Ability to learn new processes and technology quickly
