The company

The role

The successful candidate will join a fun, thriving team as a Digital Data Analyst. You will oversee campaign architecture and design, measurement and data usage across a team of internal digital media planning & buying specialists.

Main Responsibilities

• Work closely with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to help find the marketing story within the huge wealth of data

• Use data to solve ongoing business challenges, outside of just media

• Work closely with the day to day team to ensure the successful interrogation and mapping of insight driven theories, to feed into longer term planning.

• Maintain and develop the output of the company’s reporting dashboard, driving forward how they present and share insights internally and globally.

• Build relationships with all media suppliers, focussing on Facebook, Amazon, Spotify and Google to develop their measurement output. Challenge the status quo and leverage relationships for betas and alphas.

• Spend time with each of the labels to educate and inspire marketing specialisms with data driven strategies

The candidate

The analyst role is crucial to the success of the internal digital media function, requiring the ideal candidate to be detail-oriented and analytical, with an in-depth insight into the ad technology marketplace, to support the team in their evolution of data driven planning and buying.

 Key Skills

• A proven track record working on a digital marketing / analytics team within a fast paced environment.

• Analytical thinking abilities, with a problem solving mindset and knowledge of testing methodologies.

• Exposure to methods of digital data management and keen understanding of the digital ecosystem and advertising technologies.

• Ability to influence and challenge, and to work constructively with colleagues from diverse disciplines

• Ideally candidates will be comfortable across the full spectrum of data analysis from acquisition, to cleansing, to exploration and visualisation.

The Data Scientist will become apart of highly regarded media agency working on one their biggest clients.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide analytics insight that helps demonstrate media ROI through measurement, evaluation & optimisation modelling.

• Use data creatively to identify trends and develop insights

• Provide creative solutions, being able to spot new opportunities within 1st and 3rd party data sets to create custom analysis for clients.

• Contribute to work across the analytics team, from attribution and propensity modelling, to forecasting and full econometrics

• Be a good communicator, sharing ideas and information within the team, across the wider agency, and with clients.

• 2-3 years experience in a data analytics role

The role

The Digital Data Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that the data collected and analysed by the digital department is as robust, accurate, and stored as accessibly as possible.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret data across all digital channels to improve digital measurement and performance.

• Contribute to the team’s capabilities to encompass greater digital measurement skills and establish how they augment the current foundational elements of data strategy & analytics.

• Be skilled in tagging digital and website assets.  Including the implementation and setup using Google Analytics (including Goal, Event & eCommerce tracking), Google Tag Manager & Conversion and Remarketing pixels from Google AdWords, DoubleClick Campaign Manager and Facebook Ad Manager.

• Have a strong knowledge of digital media analytics, and posses the ability to examine data trends to resolve problems and identify opportunities.

The candidate

The ideal candidate will be very data driven and willing to do the best in their career and deliver excellent work for clients.

Key Skills

• Previous experience in a digital data analytics role, ideally with agency exposure.

• An analytical mindset and be highly numerate, with the ability to work with and interpret large data sets to provide actionable insights.

• An understanding of Digital Media platforms, such as Google AdWords, Facebook Ad Manager and DoubleClick Bid Manager is preferable.

• The ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.

• Ability to manage and manipulate large data sets
