The company

We are an award-winning independent digital media agency. Specialising in media planning and buying, our experienced team works with big name brands, including some well-known retail brands, one of the UK’s favourite pizza brands and some fun alcohol brands too.

The role

As an account manager, you will strategically lead your accounts and liaise with senior Stakeholders, clients, publishers, and technology providers, to ensure that all parties operate efficiently and integrate with one another.

Key responsibilities include

Delivering outstanding customer service, every day.

Developing media plans.

Leading client planning meetings.

Crafting client proposals.

Exploration of emerging media opportunities.

Ensuring campaigns are delivered timely, accurately, and efficiently.

Providing accurate client reporting with supporting and insightful commentary.

Setting up and booking activity with media partners as planned.

Liaising with key internal and external suppliers/contacts.

Managing financial queries, spending summaries, media payments and reconciliations.

Ensuring internal processes are met.

The candidate

The successful candidate should be a team player who will work well within a close-knit team alongside affiliate and biddable media specialists. They should clearly demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm and passion for digital media.

 

Essential attributes include:

A passion for digital and an understanding of the digital marketplace .

A thorough understanding of video & display/retargeting.

Excellent organisational, project management and problem-solving skills.

Ability to pre-empt problems, show initiative and be pro-active.

Analytical with a high level of numeracy and literacy with strong attention to detail

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships internally and externally.

Ad operation/trafficking/campaign management experience.

Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
