The role

Your main responsibilities will be working with music labels. The music category is an exciting but also incredibly fast-paced industry therefore your ability to react quickly and remain calm in high-pressure situations is key.

You will be responsible for helping your team with the end-to-end planning and buying across online and offline channels. You will work directly with client and media owners to report on performance and ensure delivery of effective media campaigns. You will ensure plans are created correctly and on time.

Alongside the rest of the team, you’ll be making sure that our clients love working with us and that we are delivering outstanding work for them.

The Role in more detail:

  • Client Servicing & Planning
  • Day to day contact for clients – helping your team to maintain a strong working relationship
  • Responsible for day-to-day cross channel planning and activation of campaigns working to varied budget sizes.
  • Keeping up to date with new trends and identify new media opportunities within your planning – as well as sharing your learnings with your team
  • Use planning tools to understand and demonstrate how our offline and online channels work together as part of our overall media plans
  • You will create plans and reporting analyses so confident levels on Microsoft Excel is required Client & Account Management
  • You will attend and occasionally present in client calls and meetings including weekly client statuses and reporting meetings
  • Inputting into central account management documents such as year plans and finance Trackers

The candidate

We are looking for someone:

Who has a minimum of 18 months experience in a cross-channel planning role

  • With a passion for delivering exceptional & innovative media plans
  • Enjoys building relationships with clients, media owners and team members
  • Confident communicator
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and deliver in a high-pressure environment
  • A team player with a helpful and sociable attitude
  • An understanding of online channels, in particular biddable
  • Experience across the following systems: Telmar, YouGov, AdDynamix and Datorama is desirable
  • Experience across both media planning and buying (but there is the option to be trained on either when you’re with us if there is a strong skillset in the other)
