Paid Social Campaign Manager

Paid Social Media Executive for an immersive social media agency. Great opportunity to work with a number of exciting clients.

The company

We are a fully immersive social media agency covering all facets of social advertising from creative concept through strategy, engagement and insight to final consumer delivery. Media is crucial within all this, but you will experience so much more than just delivering campaigns. You will learn everything there is to know about social communications and how this works in harmony with all component parts, and how the medium evolves over time. Exciting stuff!

Our team is a friendly mix of Strategists, Creatives, Account Managers, Media Planners and Buyers – all with one goal: creating work that wins people’s time on social media, in the most exciting ways possible.

The role

As our new Paid Social Media Executive & Buyer, you will:

• You will be responsible for the buying, account management, optimisation and reporting of social media advertising for a range of our clients
• Working alongside best-in-class strategists, you will work to develop and deliver standout strategies across multiple markets for paid social campaigns
• Support and guide the team in all areas of biddable media, with understanding of how Paid Social fits in with the wider objectives of clients and the agency
• An analytical thinker with the ability to draw insights and conclusions from data pulled by the internal measurement team
• Have strong experience across both social branding and performance campaigns
• Understand how owned, earned, shared and paid social media work together and specifically with traditional media and search as well as other marketing disciplines
• Take overall responsibility for managing budgets for specific clients and campaigns
• Be solution driven and innovative with how you drive performance across account
• Confidence in driving innovation and proposing new solutions to clients

The candidate

Essential Experience:
• Hands on experience running multiple paid social campaigns for commercial advertisers
• Familiarity with at least 2 social platforms and their ads managers (Across Meta, Linkedin, Twitter, TikTok)

Desired skills and experience:
• Have strong interpersonal relationship skills and can be an ambassador for Paid Social at all times, both within the agency and at external client meetings
• Experience in planning, managing and activating multichannel social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube)
• Experience of global campaigns
• Passionate about and engaged with the fast-changing world of social media, online video, and digital marketing
• Aptitude to build and maintain strong working relationships whilst positively influencing those around you
• Diligence and attention to detail in optimisation and reporting
• The ability to be organised and manage priorities
• A good command of English
• Proactive, confident and above all else, you’re passionate about content and social media marketing
