We are a new and fast- growing media planning agency. Working at pace, ahead of traditional media planning and buying approaches, we set to adapt to the modern media ecosystem, a place where advancements are coming thick and fast. We believe we are now entering a new phase of media where the process of how media can be planned and activated at scale is a game-changer for ambitious businesses looking to grow fast.

Our client base currently comprises of B2B, tech, hospitality and telecoms brands.

The role

About The Role

The PPC Manager will be responsible for planning and activating campaigns across paid search and paid social to deliver joined up channel activations that outshine our clients’ competitors in the eyes of their existing and potential customers.

Key responsibilities:

Take the lead in planning and managing first class paid search and social campaigns

Build indispensable relationships with our clients

To be hands on in analysing and optimizing existing campaigns

Be instrumental in building a clear testing approach

Take action on analysis to drive results for clients to exceed current performance

To be a driving force behind automating the automatable

To keep up to date with the latest best practices and advancements in the channel

To have a POV on future best practices and build a paid search solution that delivers

To ensure planning and activation is joined up with all other channels in the media mix

To support the agency in pitching for new business

Management and mentoring of one executive (initially)

 

 

The candidate

About The Candidate

We are looking for world class talent, with ambition to deliver high performing, future focussed PPC solutions across their client base. You will be an expert in your field, with a demonstrable 3+ years’ experience planning and activating search campaigns.

Self-driven, adaptable and relish the opportunity to learn something new

Be curious, with a hunger to question, analyse, challenge and innovate

Passion for the channel and the art of the possible

Excited by the prospect of joining an agency at start-up stage

Proactive and solutions-focussed

Ideally with experience across a mixture of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, shopping channels, Amazon, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter
