The role

About The Role

This role requires the candidate to report to the Digital Operations Director and work closely with the Account Planning Team and Account Directors to develop great campaigns for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Pace monthly planned spending to budget, optimising activities through to meet objectives

Help with onboarding new clients

Wrap URLs with UTM tagging to track campaign activity accurately

Look beyond the data, interpret the results to provide insights not just numbers

Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to clients

Lead internal and client training sessions in my specialist channels to help upskill

Provide support with new business pitch analysis and preparation

Perform keyword research to identify areas of opportunity through paid search ads

Build campaigns which meet our best practice parameters

Manage colleague and client expectations, advise and provide alternatives for issues

Keep up to date with industry trends and product launches

Attend client calls and face to face meetings

Help to develop new processes/templates to streamline our service

The candidate

About The Candidate

We are looking to work with someone who specialises in paid advertising, mainly in paid search and paid social (for example: Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube).

A successful candidate will be expected to look after their own dedicated clients for whom they are solely responsible as well as contributing to larger accounts so they will have the chance to build some wonderful relationships with people across a variety of business.

Key requirements:

Solid agency experience, specialising in paid search and social advertising

Certified in Google Advertising

Demonstrable experience in planning and implementing paid advertising campaigns

Experience in forecasting / providing estimates

Fantastic Excel skills

Experienced report builder

Experience with Google Analytics, Ads Editor and Bing Ads Editor

Ability to manage your own workload independently and meet deadlines

Proven record of delivering work to a high standard

Great attention to detail

Not afraid to ask for help

Experience in supporting junior team members and help

Desirable attributes:

Experience managing/buying programmatic display

Experience in managing/buying shopping ads via a CSS provider alternative to Google

Ability to write scripts for paid search

Bought and managed Safari Ads

Experience with Double Click/Search Ads 360

Experience with Google Campaign Manager

Experience with Data Studio
