The role

About The Role

Ensuring always-on commerce and brand campaigns are delivering what is expected.

Supporting on the development of brand campaign strategies.

Working closely with the digital strategy lead on strategic analysis.
Working closely with activation teams to develop best in class media tactics and ideas.

Helping drive through vision of holistic media approach into day-to-day practice.

Ensuring media plans reflect best-in-class planning.

Identifying and utilising solutions that help deliver against client needs.

Ensuring consistency and transparency in ways of working and communications.

Identifying opportunities to streamline communications.

Streamlining reporting tools and processes.

Identifying new opportunities for growth and consolidation in the marketplace

Working closely with media partners and activation teams.



The candidate

A self-motivated digital specialist responsible for driving digital excellence and consistency in our digital planning and activation approach. You will be a strong collaborator and communicator, who has overall responsibility for all digital media campaigns, and ensures digital strategy, innovation and delivery meet objectives.

Clients: You will develop a trusted relationship with client stakeholders by being a vocal and convincing digital driver who plays a key role in digital meetings, effectively informs, and gets buy-in to solutions to take client’s digital approach to the next level.

Planning: In collaboration with other digital specialists in strategy and planning, and with activation teams, you will ensure that digital excellence and rigor is at the backbone of every campaign response.

Activation: Whilst the activation teams will be accountable for the output from their individual channels, you will be responsible for overseeing responses are aligned to the campaign objectives, achieve consistency in our approach and drive digital excellence throughout.

Reviews: Must be able to review campaigns, partnerships, suppliers, digital investment channels, inventory quality & tracking measures including brand safety. Other teams will feed in, as necessary.

Collaboration: You will work closely with the digital director and commerce director as well as digital investment teams to translate strategy into an overall activation plan.

Commercials: Work alongside key investment leads to ensure PRF/commercial targets are achieved.

Innovation: Take a lead in incorporating innovation, in collaboration with other digital specialists across all areas

What does success look like?

Strong business relationship with client stakeholders.

Positive feedback from the commerce director and digital director.

Positive feedback from the planning and activation teams. (Measure – 360 staff   review)

High involvement within team in achieving commercial targets across campaigns/channels.

Proven record of incorporating innovation and new activity into the mix.

General high quality of work (assessed by the line manager).

Identifying new opportunities for growth and consolidation in the marketplace.

Working closely with media partners and activation teams.
