The role

About The Role

T‌his role offers an exciting opportunity to join a large planning team of 20 planners running some of the most exciting brands in the agency. We operate with a flat structure here which means we have a really collaborative team all working towards the same goals. Team shape will vary slightly by account and you’ll be able to work with multiple people across the team.

We have an excellent training programme which is bespoke to each individual. There are no limits to what you can achieve and no processes to slow you down.

Key Responsibilities

You will have a dedicated line manager and be supported and mentored by the wider team. You will be working closely with your media specialist peers to help shape and continually improve our planning and buying output.

Client Servicing:

Being a key day to day contact for clients

Helping to maintain a strong working relationship with clients

Ensuring clients are kept up to date with all activity on the account

Set realistic deadlines and deliver brilliant work in a timely fashion

Manage your own time and those working with you

Coordinating and leading regular client calls and meetings

Coordinating and collating central account management documents

Strategy and Planning Servicing:

Ability to consider all channels recommending & forecasting how they work together

You will be able to recommend and set appropriate KPIs

Campaign Management and Performance:

Brief, lead, and mage the channel specialists ensuring work is delivered on time

Ensure all work is of a high standard and aligned to the client’s business challenge

The ideal person for this role will be positive, participative, self-confident, entrepreneurial and imaginative.

Essential Attributes:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a media role

You will have a solid understanding of all channels

Be thorough and accurate in reviewing and delivery of work

Attention to detail is a key requirement

Have some experience of delegating to others and managing their workloads

Knowledge and experience across the following systems would be ideal: Telmar, Brand Index, TGi, Nielsen, Prisma, Campaign Manager & SimilarWeb
