The company

We are one of the world’s most successful entertainment marketing agencies with offices in three continents across the world. We are a full-service advertising and marketing agency for theatre, live entertainment, film, music, museums, galleries, events and attractions, working with some of the country’s leading organisations.

The role

We are looking to recruit talented Paid Search Execs to join our dynamic Digital team in our head office, in the heart of London’s West End. Working on a hugely varied client base that includes many of the UK’s most successful and well-known events, shows and attractions as well as many more.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work on and contribute to advertising campaigns for popular brands including Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, Tina the Musical, Cabaret, English Heritage, Matilda and many more.

Remote Working – Adjusting to modern ways of working, we currently employ a flexible approach to working which is a combination of organised time in the office and working from home. The vast majority of our team spend around 3 days per week in the office, dependant on their role and needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities
• Work within the Paid Search team alongside specialists to activate best in class paid search campaigns.
• Campaign set up, optimisation, reporting and billing on assigned accounts
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
• Continuing to learn and develop – certifications, exams and training with view to improving AKA and personal accreditation
• Commit to expanding knowledge of our client’s businesses and sectors

The candidate

Essential skills;
• 1+ years’ agency or in house experience working in biddable platforms which must include Google Adwords and Google Analytics
• Ability to activate paid search accounts for multiple clients at a given time
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal including reporting insights to clients and colleagues
• Technical knowledge including pixel tracking and tag management
• Excellent commercial awareness, maths skills, and numeracy
• Microsoft Office – particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
• Positive attitude and curious nature

Desired skills;
• Experience in other biddable platforms such as You Tube, Google Display Network etc.
• Experience in paid social platforms including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
• Use of reporting tools such as Tableau and Improvado
• An interest in arts/culture/heritage/entertainment sector and clear ability to talk about them in an intelligent way
