Head of Biddable Product

The UK Head of Product role is a key hire for the business and reports directly to the UK Managing Partner with additional reporting to the Founder. The Head of Paid Product will be a member of and key contributor to, the UK leadership team.
The role governs all strategy, innovation and advocacy to the client base, of the suite of paid media products and services. Organic revenue from the existing client roster has been a significant component in YoY growth and the further adoption of the extensive range of these innovative tools, is an integral part of the overall business strategy moving forward.
In addition, the Head of Paid Product has management of the current team of 5 paid media executives (growing to 10 in 2021) alongside the implementation and governance of the paid media strategy and best practice for the team.
Continued development of the agency paid media product offering. It’s important to develop product independently of the Google stack.
Evolution and implementation of the paid media business strategy.
Advocacy of the suite of paid media products to the agency portfolio of clients.
Ensuring the paid media team are both meeting and exceeding contracted performance metrics.
Senior level representation, ensuring service and operational excellence from key supply partners.
Growing team competencies and efficiencies, whilst maintaining a vibrant team-oriented workplace.
Oversee the employment and on-boarding of new paid media personnel, in keeping with the current levels of excellence and reflecting the cultural values of the business.
Work alongside the client leadership function ensuring an efficient, frictionless and complimentary working environment for the benefit of the client portfolio and overall business objectives.
Where appropriate, challenge the status quo and question where improvements and innovation can be implemented.
- Stand-out technical, numerical and analytical skill-set with the ability to surface actionable insight from large datasets
- Extensive knowledge of Google Ads, MS Advertising and SA360 platforms and how to fully exploit their capabilities.
- The ability to innovate established norms and assess and exploit emerging platforms / technologies.
- A proven track record of executing successful PPC strategies across the full landscape of formats.
- A validated heritage of strong client relationships.
- Experience in managing paid media personnel / teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
