The role

The role of the Account Director will be to ensure Programmatic is at the forefront of Digital Media buying across our biggest clients. The individual will be the primary bridge between the activation team, clients and senior agency Leads. There will be a responsibility to grow programmatic budget through regular communication with client teams as well as keeping them updated on new products and solutions.

This role will require the individual to also manage the internal workflow, overseeing the pathway from strategy building into the activation of activity via the trading team. The individual will also be an effective Project Manager, working towards deadlines to ensure delivery of client projects.

      A great opportunity for an experienced Senior PPC exec looking for their next step up or a new PPC Account Manager looking to expand their remit and manage a global account. This is a new account to the agency so a great chance to define the structure, process relationship with client and be part of a newly built team.

      This role focuses on delivering best in class campaign activation across PPC channels. Working very closely with the PPC Director; you will be expected to lead the client communication and support the team in expanding the Paid Search footprint. Your role will be to ensure the PPC strategies are executed, from implementation to optimization and reporting. You will have your own campaigns to run but also get a chance to delegate and oversee some Execs.

      As PPC Account Manager you will be overseeing the team responsible for the day to day running and optimisation of PPC accounts with the role including but not limited to;

      • Responding to briefs using a wide range of tools and platforms Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
      • Campaign activation and optimisation across PPC campaigns with the exposure to other digital channels
      • Management of daily tasks to junior team members
      • Regularly audit accounts to improve performance
      • Support the AD on client meetings as needed
      • Create media plans and provide spend forecast
      • Creation of documents to showcase performance and provide in-depth analysis of results
      • Ensure all media is booked and reconciled on time according to the financial process
      • Proactively find innovative ways to boost campaigns’ performance
      • Liaise with 3rd party providers and partners to resolve any issues as they arise
      • Proactively contribute to team meetings, team initiatives and knowledge sharing
      • Ensuring financial process is adhered to and budgets are managed effectively across campaigns
      • Support on the day-to-day QA and hygiene processes across all activation, minimizing error and risk and ensuring consistent and accurate adherence to process
      • Direct client servicing exposure

      The candidate

      • Minimum 4 years’ active hands on experience in a PPC role and confident working across all aspects of paid search
      • In-depth experience and understanding of PPC across key suppliers – Google Ads and Bing
      • Active experience working with campaign & bid management software – especially Search Ads 360
      • Experience working on retail/ecommerce accounts actively running Google Shopping
      • Good presentation skills and inter-personal relationship skills. Candidates must have the ability to communicate complicated concepts simply and effectively
      • Excellent prioritisation and project management skills
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office solutions – particularly Excel and Powerpoint
      • Web Analytics understanding, particularly Google Analytics

              As a UK Sales Consultant you will sit within the London based commercial team and will be responsible for growing (through both nurture and new business) opportunities from digital and planning agencies. Creating long term and meaningful partnerships with them. You will report into and support the Head of Agency Sales in achieving the EMEA team client and revenue goals as well as your individual KPIs. The role involves working closely with the Client Services and Trading teams to truly support your client’s marketing needs and to position us as a trusted and powerful digital partner.

               

              Key Responsibilities:
              · Have a deep understanding of our range of solutions to be able to uniquely apply them to client’s varying challenges and objectives.

              · Understand the set-up of your allocated agencies and who the key stakeholders and are to be able to successfully navigate the agency to uncover new revenue streams.

              · Build and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders externally and internally.

              · Identify and arrange meetings with existing and potential agency partners to successfully position our products in line with their digital challenge and to articulate our differentiators.

              · Support the Head of Agency Sales by working with Client Servicing and Trading teams achieve and exceed against an EMEA team client goals and KPIs.

              · Achieve against your own client goals and KPIs by identifying new opportunities in your allocated agencies and building long term sustainable partnerships and relationships.

              The candidate

              You will be able to demonstrate a consistency in your career to date in selling digital media solutions to UK agencies through a strong understanding and knowledge of the digital ad space. You will have a deep understanding on how agencies operate and be able to identify key contacts to uncover opportunities.
