The role

​ A successful candidate would become an integral member of our AV department. Our AV team are driven, forward thinking and challenge themselves to deliver bespoke broadcast strategies for their clients no matter what the budget. The ideal candidate is motivated and can motivate clients to believe in great broadcast plans including bespoke video buys, big brand campaigns and performance led campaigns for some of our most exciting clients. They would need to be capable of delivering best in class audit results whilst maintaining good relationships with the TV stations.

 

Responsibilities include;

  • Be a lead member within the team, positioned as a key point of contact for both clients and internal client teams.​
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the clients’ business and build a good relationship with the client and key stakeholders.
  • Be a trusted expert and comfortable leading communication and presentations.​
  • Work closely with internal client teams to efficiently deliver strong and clear TV, VOD, YouTube and Sponsorship recommendations, reports and campaign analysis.​
  • Full management and overseeing of accounts.
  • Control overall performance and delivery against core deals, audit criteria, reccie positions and finance; having confidence to lead and support the wider team, department and agency as necessary.​
  • Supporting team members with day to day activities and development, illustrating best practice in monitoring campaigns and ensuring delivery against required metrics.​
  • Forge strong working relationships with senior media owners, use developed negotiation skills to deliver value for clients and push for competitive advantage in a challenging marketplace.​

The candidate

You are likely to have at least 5 years of Broadcast experience, be passionate, ambitious and curious. You will need to demonstrate:

  • Experience in planning TV and online video for a variety of clients
  • Ability to think strategically and look for creative solutions to briefs
  • Strong numeracy skills, attention to detail and time management
  • Written and verbal presentation skills
  • Ability to challenge colleagues and clients
  • Ability to brief and manage media owners
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Ability to think beyond the TV spot

    You will be focused on a selection of clients within the group, with client facing responsibilities. You’ll be part of both the media planning and buying, in particular leading on digital strategy and coordinating the writing of supporting detailed media plans.     • You’ll coordinate specialist teams to deliver cohesive, fully integrated cross-channel plans& clearly communicate to clients how the channels will work together
    • You’ll recommend how both individual channel overall campaign KPIs will be used to measure the success of your plans, and be able to source and recommend suitable performance benchmarks against KPIs set
    • You’ll recommend test and learn opportunities within your planning as standard
    • You’ll have a strong grasp of both performance-and brand-led digital strategy, and will bring experience of devising cutting edge, first to market solutions for both
    • You’ll be completely on top of current and upcoming digital regulations, and will be able to demonstrate your proactive approach to making sometimes complex changes and protocols simple to understand, as well as understanding where and how to mitigate any risk to your clients
    • You’ll work as co-account lead, ensuring the account is run smoothly and bring your own best practise processes into the team to improve effectiveness where relevant
    • You’ll contribute to client project work and new business pitches outside of day-to-day brief responses, bringing your digital expertise and passion for the future of media to the fore

      The role

      As a UK Sales Consultant you will sit within the London based commercial team and will be responsible for growing (through both nurture and new business) opportunities from digital and planning agencies. Creating long term and meaningful partnerships with them. You will report into and support the Head of Agency Sales in achieving the EMEA team client and revenue goals as well as your individual KPIs. The role involves working closely with the Client Services and Trading teams to truly support your client’s marketing needs and to position us as a trusted and powerful digital partner.

       

      Key Responsibilities:
      · Have a deep understanding of our range of solutions to be able to uniquely apply them to client’s varying challenges and objectives.

      · Understand the set-up of your allocated agencies and who the key stakeholders and are to be able to successfully navigate the agency to uncover new revenue streams.

      · Build and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders externally and internally.

      · Identify and arrange meetings with existing and potential agency partners to successfully position our products in line with their digital challenge and to articulate our differentiators.

      · Support the Head of Agency Sales by working with Client Servicing and Trading teams achieve and exceed against an EMEA team client goals and KPIs.

      · Achieve against your own client goals and KPIs by identifying new opportunities in your allocated agencies and building long term sustainable partnerships and relationships.

      The candidate

      You will be able to demonstrate a consistency in your career to date in selling digital media solutions to UK agencies through a strong understanding and knowledge of the digital ad space. You will have a deep understanding on how agencies operate and be able to identify key contacts to uncover opportunities. As an individual you will be genuinely interested and take time to listen to what the client’s real needs are and be passionate about collaborating with the broader team to provide a unique solution. You will be ambitious and determined in achieving success for your agencies, the company, and yourself.

      You are a results orientated individual, highly motivated by achieving sales targets and who really enjoys meeting clients and setting up and running client sales pitches. This is an external role and as such you must be able to demonstrate a desire and ability to open new sales opportunities and convert these into new business from the outset.

      You are a good listener and able to create opportunities by gaining a deep understanding of our prospect clients needs and selling them solutions which meet these head on and perform.
