The role

 

  • Be a part of a high growth company that is set out to simplify and unify the premium digital video world for international advertisers
  • Be responsible for campaign success and client satisfaction, within a highly motivated and experienced Digital Ad Operations team
  • Be part of the no. 1 Total Video sales house in Europe and be at the forefront of the evolution of the digital video Ecosystem

 

Responsibilities include;

  • Working in SSPs such as SmartX and SpotX and Google AdManager
  • Manage, Troubleshoot and optimize live video campaigns via RTL AdConnect’s adtech
  • Create screenshots of the trafficked ads
  • Collaborate with Media Partners to ensure 100% delivery of video campaigns and to meet client KPIs
  • Report and analyze performance and pacing of running campaigns, advice sales teams and clients on optimization needs
  • Compile reports for clients and management covering the performance of the video campaigns
  • Your remit will regard both programmatic and managed campaigns
  • Advise our international sales team when it comes to RTL ADConnect digital video offerings

 

The candidate

 

  • 1-2 years of Programmatic digital experience from an agency perspective is a merit
  • Experience in running multiple ongoing digital campaigns. Video is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Detail-oriented and commitment to delivery and performance
  • Takes initiative on troubleshooting with a critical mind-set and tries to find alternatives and creative approaches to foresee and solve arising problems
  • Highly-organized way of working
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Excel and PPT
  • Experience from different digital media types included in RTL AdConnect digital portfolio is beneficial, but not needed
  • Eager to understand the global client and campaign needs by accommodating the European and US offices, working 11-7:30 pm

    The role

    About the role

    We are looking for a person who is an excellent AV buyer, capable of delivering best in class audit results whilst maintaining good relationships with the TV stations. The ideal candidate is motivated and can motivate clients to believe in great broadcast plans including bespoke video buys, big brand campaigns and performance led campaigns for some of our most exciting clients.

    Responsibilities

    •       Use knowledge of media planning and buying products, tools and services to support the team to deliver solid plans and drive innovation

    •       Be a trusted expert and comfortable at presenting to experienced clients

    •       Be in control of Audits/PRIP delivery

    •       Work closely with internal client teams to deliver strong and clear AV recommendations, reports and campaign analysis

    •       Manage day to day responses for performance campaigns

    •       Use strong negotiation skills to trade on a day-to-day basis

    •       Challenge briefs

    •       Support and guide junior members of the team

    The candidate

    About the candidate

    You are likely to have c: 3-years of UM Broadcast media experience in a recognised media agency, be passionate, ambitious and curious.

    You will need to demonstrate:

    •       Experience in planning TV and online video for a variety of clients

    •       Ability to think strategically and look for creative solutions to briefs

    •       Strong numeracy skills, attention to detail and time management

    •       Written and verbal presentation skills

    •       Ability to challenge colleagues and clients

    •       Ability to brief and manage media owners

    •       Ability to work in a team

    •       Ability to think beyond the TV spot

    •       Ability to deliver within trading parameters
