Digital media is our specialism! Including: digital planning & buying, programmatic, biddable media, performance marketing, SEO, social & influencer marketing. We also have a lot of experience working on traditional roles including: strategy, partnerships, data, comms planning and AV.
Talented grads or highly experienced Managing Directors, we take on media & marketing briefs at all levels! Once briefed, we will work extremely closely with you to understand your requirements, ensuring we find people who tick all of the boxes and operate at the level you need!
Zero cost to you as an employer until your new hire starts! Fees are charged as a fixed % of the employees starting salary and are payable within 30 days of them starting. In the rare case your new employee does not work out, there’s a rebate in place to protect your investment.
We work with top flight companies who are seeking specific digital media skills (found commonly in agency candidates). Clients include independent media agencies such as The7stars, global entertainment brands including Universal Music Group as well as ad technology companies.
Once contacted, we’ll discuss your business and the talent you are seeking. Terms will be agreed and a job spec put forward which will be taken to market in all the methods that make us experts. Candidates will be submitted to you, interviews scheduled, offers made and gaps filled!
