Digital media is our specialism! Including: digital planning & buying, programmatic, biddable media, performance marketing, SEO, social & influencer marketing. We also have a lot of experience working on traditional roles including: strategy, partnerships, data, comms planning and AV.
Levels of seniority we recruit at
Talented grads or highly experienced Managing Directors, we take on media & marketing briefs at all levels! Once briefed, we will work extremely closely with you to understand your requirements, ensuring we find people who tick all of the boxes and operate at the level you need!
Cost to you as an employer
Zero cost to you as an employer until your new hire starts! Fees are charged as a fixed % of the employees starting salary and are payable within 30 days of them starting. In the rare case your new employee does not work out, there’s a rebate in place to protect your investment.
Who we work with
We work with top flight companies who are seeking specific digital media skills (found commonly in agency candidates). Clients include independent media agencies such as The7stars, global entertainment brands including Universal Music Group as well as ad technology companies.
How it works
Once contacted, we’ll discuss your business and the talent you are seeking. Terms will be agreed and a job spec put forward which will be taken to market in all the methods that make us experts. Candidates will be submitted to you, interviews scheduled, offers made and gaps filled!

A. No. There’s nothing to pay until we find you the right person.
Q. Do you cover all digital media disciplines found within media agencies?
A. Yes! Strategy, display planning & buying, ad-ops, PPC, SEO, affiliates, programmatic, account management, data planning, analytics and anything else that comes up over time.
Q. Do you work with creative agencies?
A. Sometimes yes, but not for taking creative briefs, only for digital media related briefs that reside in creative agencies such as Social, Strategy and SEO.
Q. Do you work with advertisers direct as well as agencies?
A. Absolutely yes! It’s a rapidly expanding side of the business as more and more agency functions are brought in house by progressive advertisers.
Q. Do you source digital photographers, producers and production people too?
A. No. We focus on media as an advertising communications medium.
Q. What sort of sales briefs do you handle?
A. Our Digital Media Recruitment Specialists focus on agency-facing sales jobs that are taking a digital media product to market.
