The role

  • Working closely with the Marketing Strategist and CEO to define short/medium and long term marketing goals

The role

This role involves contributing to the company’s biddable strategy and sector development, and client servicing, specifically by planning, setting up, running, optimising and reporting on paid social and paid search/Google product campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to overall smooth running of PPC team by managing agreed account patch and subscribing to/updating and improving agreed processes
  • Campaign proposals, set up, optimisation, reporting and billing on these accounts, with support from Search Account Executives (SAE) where they are assigned
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Contribute big ideas and sector expertise to pitch and tender processes including cost matrix and planning grids

The candidate

The ideal candidate will be a passionate and motivated individual who is willing to deliver the best work for their clients.
Key Skills:
  • Previous PPC experience, preferably agency side.
  • A good working knowledge of Google Analytics, DoubleClick, Microsoft Excel.
  • Comfortable and confident in presenting new ideas.
  • Experience in building PPC campaigns from scratch
  • Confident working with data to drive insights.

  • Recognise emerging Digital opportunities and proactively explore them with the team
  • Effectively delegate with clarity and clear and regular communication

The candidate

The ideal Biddable Manager will have solid experience in PPC; additional experience in Social, Programmatic, ad serving or video is a bonus. Key Skills:

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Continuing to learn and develop – certifications, exams and training with view to improving AKA and personal accreditation
  • Ensure understanding of how they work with Facebook, Google and other biddable providers such as Bing, LinkedIn, Spotify and Pintrest, affording swift resolution to any issues and continuation of sector training at source
  • Continuous reporting of innovation within platforms to benefit agency and clients – seeding information through the team re operational updates and scope for trialling new products

The candidate

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years’ agency experience and experience running paid social / PPC campaigns across multiple clients.
Key Skills:
  • Client-facing experience running relationship including billing
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Demonstrable interest in arts/culture/heritage sector and clear ability to talk about them in an intelligent way
  • Additional experience across Google Search, Google Display Network, YouTube and other Google products is preferred
