The role

About The Role

The global head of media buying and operations will have full ownership of all trading and media operations teams across all digital media channels, supporting the global CEO and regional commercial leadership on executing global growth strategies, aligning goals to strategies and balancing short term delivery and mid to long term transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assessing and redefining the structure for media trading across N. America, EMEA and APAC

Building out technical account management functions (TAM)

Growing team competencies, including bringing in new talent in line with growth & revenue

Managing all regional trading and TAM leads as direct reports

Identify key competencies and develop a behavioural capability framework for traders

Development of the Traders using that framework for Traders at all levels of experience

We are offering an attractive salary range in GBP/USD depending on experience and location. In addition to this, we have a compelling commission structure linked to the achievement of targets.

          A great opportunity for an experienced Senior PPC exec looking for their next step up or a new PPC Account Manager looking to expand their remit and manage a global account. This is a new account to the agency so a great chance to define the structure, process relationship with client and be part of a newly built team.

          This role focuses on delivering best in class campaign activation across PPC channels. Working very closely with the PPC Director; you will be expected to lead the client communication and support the team in expanding the Paid Search footprint. Your role will be to ensure the PPC strategies are executed, from implementation to optimization and reporting. You will have your own campaigns to run but also get a chance to delegate and oversee some Execs.

          As PPC Account Manager you will be overseeing the team responsible for the day to day running and optimisation of PPC accounts with the role including but not limited to;

          • Responding to briefs using a wide range of tools and platforms Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
          • Campaign activation and optimisation across PPC campaigns with the exposure to other digital channels
          • Management of daily tasks to junior team members

You will report into and support the Head of Agency Sales in achieving the EMEA team client and revenue goals as well as your individual KPIs. The role involves working closely with the Client Services and Trading teams to truly support your client’s marketing needs and to position us as a trusted and powerful digital partner.

                   

                  Key Responsibilities:
                  · Have a deep understanding of our range of solutions to be able to uniquely apply them to client’s varying challenges and objectives.

                  · Understand the set-up of your allocated agencies and who the key stakeholders and are to be able to successfully navigate the agency to uncover new revenue streams.

                  · Build and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders externally and internally.

                  · Identify and arrange meetings with existing and potential agency partners to successfully position our products in line with their digital challenge and to articulate our differentiators.

                  · Support the Head of Agency Sales by working with Client Servicing and Trading teams achieve and exceed against an EMEA team client goals and KPIs.

                  · Achieve against your own client goals and KPIs by identifying new opportunities in your allocated agencies and building long term sustainable partnerships and relationships.

                  The candidate

                  You will be able to demonstrate a consistency in your career to date in selling digital media solutions to UK agencies through a strong understanding and knowledge of the digital ad space. You will have a deep understanding on how agencies operate and be able to identify key contacts to uncover opportunities. As an individual you will be genuinely interested and take time to listen to what the client’s real needs are and be passionate about collaborating with the broader team to provide a unique solution. You will be ambitious and determined in achieving success for your agencies, the company, and yourself.

                  You are a results orientated individual, highly motivated by achieving sales targets and who really enjoys meeting clients and setting up and running client sales pitches. This is an external role and as such you must be able to demonstrate a desire and ability to open new sales opportunities and convert these into new business from the outset.

                  You are a good listener and able to create opportunities by gaining a deep understanding of our prospect clients needs and selling them solutions which meet these head on and perform.
