The role

About The Role 

As the Head of Account Management, you will have three key focus areas; shaping the strategy for  the department, ensuring that the Company delivers best in class service for all clients, and maximising the output of your direct reports (and their respective teams). You will work closely with heads of other departments including Sales, Solutions and Trading both locally and globally, to foster innovation, drive engagement, and ultimately deliver on the revenue/profit ambitions of the business. 

Your main responsibilities will include:  

Coaching & developing team 

Manage a team of direct reports ensuring they are motivated, have clear objectives and development paths. 

Work to maintain strong engagement across all levels of the department and identify/mitigate flight risks. 

Own end to end recruitment of new employees including maintaining relationships with recruiters. 

Make additional headcount requests to Regional Director, Trading & AM when necessary. 

Leverage your experience to enhance the experience of each AM and provide direction/advice on each AM’s accounts (with a key focus key accounts). 

Assume responsibility for quality of service across all accounts and act as an escalation point for all client related issues, either resolving or supporting AMs to resolve. 

Represent and advocate for their team with senior stakeholders. 

Ensure AM OKRs are clear and reflect the ambitions of the department. 

Continually identify knowledge gaps within the team and facilitate training where necessary (leveraging internal/external network as required). 

Act as support for direct reports not only providing advice and guidance but also providing the space to soundboard ideas and test hypotheses. 

Identify reactive tasks vs long-term goals and direct individual and/or team priorities accordingly.
 

Operations & innovation 

Manage relationships and all processes with third party suppliers alongside AM Operations Lead. 

Manage workload across the team, ensuring considered distribution of accounts and reallocation of workload where required. 

Facilitate weekly team meetings ensuring relevant information is delivered to team. 

Proactively engage internal managers/department heads to implement new processes and improve existing operations. 

Is able to view problems in new ways, and consistently suggests novel approaches for all types of challenges; at the same time is able to drive a culture of innovation amongst team members. 

Proactively pilot, validate, and refine new ideas or methods. 

Client management 

Maintain BD level relationships across Sustain, Grow & Retained Perform accounts. 

Own the quarterly Account Segmentation (with support from Sales, Trading, Solutions & Marketing) including quarterly reviews, internal communication & tracking. 

Work with Agency Strategist and/or AM Agency Lead to establish and deliver account specific strategy across all Sustain accounts. 

Actively listen to stakeholders and clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities and solutions that cater to those requirements. 

Ensure team maintain regular communication with all accounts across their respective patch and provide support with face-to-face meetings & business reviews. 

Influencing   

Act as a sounding board and “trusted advisor” to stakeholders, team and clients. 

Honestly, proactively and respectively challenge internal/external stakeholders’ ideas, providing recommendations where appropriate. 

Maintain deep knowledge of what the difficulties are for each business area and proactively work to find resolutions. 

Work hand in hand with Head of Trading and Head of Sales to ensure a seamless working relationship amongst the three teams. 

Continually work to expand network by building relationships internally and across the Industry.

              A great opportunity for an experienced Senior PPC exec looking for their next step up or a new PPC Account Manager looking to expand their remit and manage a global account. This is a new account to the agency so a great chance to define the structure, process relationship with client and be part of a newly built team.

              This role focuses on delivering best in class campaign activation across PPC channels. Working very closely with the PPC Director; you will be expected to lead the client communication and support the team in expanding the Paid Search footprint. Your role will be to ensure the PPC strategies are executed, from implementation to optimization and reporting. You will have your own campaigns to run but also get a chance to delegate and oversee some Execs.

              As PPC Account Manager you will be overseeing the team responsible for the day to day running and optimisation of PPC accounts with the role including but not limited to;

              • Responding to briefs using a wide range of tools and platforms Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
              • Campaign activation and optimisation across PPC campaigns with the exposure to other digital channels
              • Management of daily tasks to junior team members

              • Create media plans and provide spend forecast
              • Creation of documents to showcase performance and provide in-depth analysis of results

              • Minimum 4 years’ active hands on experience in a PPC role and confident working across all aspects of paid search
              • In-depth experience and understanding of PPC across key suppliers – Google Ads and Bing
              • Active experience working with campaign & bid management software – especially Search Ads 360
              • Experience working on retail/ecommerce accounts actively running Google Shopping
              • Good presentation skills and inter-personal relationship skills. Candidates must have the ability to communicate complicated concepts simply and effectively

                The role

                We are currently looking for a Programmatic Manager to join our team to work on a diverse and exciting range of clients. The Programmatic Manager is responsible for all aspects of our programmatic campaign implementations.  This involves overseeing the account executive support, maintaining best practice implementation for optimisation and campaign set up.

                 

                The candidate will also have opportunity to be involved in new business and RFP responses, so must be able to communicate strategy effectively.  The ideal candidate will have prior programmatic buying experience, strong analytical, writing and comprehension skills, and extensive experience with multiple DSP technologies.

                 

                Most importantly, they must possess a strong inner drive to proactively assess opportunities

                for client growth as well as process efficiencies.

                 

                KEY OBJECTIVES:

                 

                • Be the ‘go to’ person for programmatic buying and strategy for all clients within the team.
                • Maintain overall responsibility for campaign performance and delivery within team.
                • Manage campaign workflow and workload within the team.
                • Work effectively with communication planning & digital buying teams to ensure an integrated approach with other media channels.
                • Understand and effectively communicate our value proposition, technology, and processes as related to the growth of current and prospective agency accounts.
                • Execute and manage programmatic campaigns for agency clients across Display, Video & Mobile (e.g. auction/exchange based performance media, audience-based buying, remarketing campaigns).

                      As a UK Sales Consultant you will sit within the London based commercial team and will be responsible for growing (through both nurture and new business) opportunities from digital and planning agencies. Creating long term and meaningful partnerships with them. You will report into and support the Head of Agency Sales in achieving the EMEA team client and revenue goals as well as your individual KPIs. The role involves working closely with the Client Services and Trading teams to truly support your client’s marketing needs and to position us as a trusted and powerful digital partner.

                       

                      Key Responsibilities:
                      · Have a deep understanding of our range of solutions to be able to uniquely apply them to client’s varying challenges and objectives.

                      · Understand the set-up of your allocated agencies and who the key stakeholders and are to be able to successfully navigate the agency to uncover new revenue streams.

                      · Build and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders externally and internally.

                      · Identify and arrange meetings with existing and potential agency partners to successfully position our products in line with their digital challenge and to articulate our differentiators.

                      · Support the Head of Agency Sales by working with Client Servicing and Trading teams achieve and exceed against an EMEA team client goals and KPIs.

                      · Achieve against your own client goals and KPIs by identifying new opportunities in your allocated agencies and building long term sustainable partnerships and relationships.

                      The candidate

                      You will be able to demonstrate a consistency in your career to date in selling digital media solutions to UK agencies through a strong understanding and knowledge of the digital ad space. You will have a deep understanding on how agencies operate and be able to identify key contacts to uncover opportunities.
