      Great opportunity for a talented Account Manager or an eager to learn Senior Exec looking for their next step in digital. Working closely with and reporting into the Account Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of PPC campaigns. From working with the executives and graduates on the account on keyword research and ad copy creation to running daily, weekly and monthly reports this role will work to actively optimise accounts to meet target KPI’s.                 The role

                You’ll be a member of the Planning and Client leadership team, with responsibility across a number of key client accounts.                 Presenting media recommendations and plans to clients
                Building out audiences using TGI and YouGov Profiles as well as working with data and insights to create more sophisticated segmentations
                Maintaining relationships with key media owner and external partners
                Overseeing & implementing best practice Finance processes within the team and across your clients
                Monitoring campaign performance whilst active; coordinating this for all active channels and updating clients on performance throughout the campaign
                Coordinating all analysis, reviews and reporting on campaign performance in order to make recommendations for future plans
                Coordinating and collating central account management documents such as year plans, finance tracker for the use of the wider team as well as being the main client contact for any and all account queries
                Ability to plan across radio, print, cinema and OOH – including some sponsorships/ partnerships is preferable

                Key Requirements
                A minimum of 5 years’ experience in media planning and buying agencies
                A thorough working knowledge of the current media market landscape
                Be fluent in your ability to communicate to clients
                A strong understanding of campaign evaluation
                Excellent time management skills, both of yourself and others
                Full competency in AdIntel for competitor insight reporting
                Proficient in using industry tools and client insights and data to pull together channel implementation recommendations
                Excel skills at an intermediate level are ideal (pivot tables, functions etc) you will create plans and reporting analyses using this

                  The role

                  You will be a key member of one of our Client Planning Teams which is made up of 12 incredibly talented individuals. This team looks after clients across a variety of sectors; travel, charity, food delivery service, finance & hospitality.
                  Your role will be working on our new business win which has an annual budget of £50m+ and big ambitions to grow their brand and their customer base. They are a large charitable giving organisation – so we are proud to be helping them on this mission, alongside the amazing work we do with our own Foundation.
                  Your responsibilities will broadly consist of media planning, client management, and working closely with the Activation team on media plan execution, measurement & reporting.
                  You will also be part of the wider 100+ person Planning Team who share a passion for comms planning and meet on a monthly basis to inspire each other through sharing interesting media thought-leadership, celebrating brilliant work across the agency, and taking part in workshops.

                  The candidate

                  • A passion for media planning with a solid understanding of the media landscape, all channels (online & offline) and how they work together
                  • Well versed in taking briefs from clients, working up planning responses and presenting these back – managing your own and your team’s time and expectations in the process
                  • With the support of the Planning & Digital Planning Lead you’ll brief, lead and manage the channel specialists ensuring work is delivered on time, to a high standard and that it is aligned to the client’s business challenge
                  • Being a key day to day contact for clients – helping to maintain a strong working relationship and ensuring they are kept up to date with all activity on the account
                  • Confidence in coordinating and leading regular client calls and meetings including weekly client statuses and reporting meetings
                  • Coordinating and collating central account management documents such as year plans and finance trackers
                  • We are looking for someone who is responsive and has excellent attention to detail
                  • Knowledge and experience is required for the following systems: Telmar, Brand Index, TGi, Nielsen, SimilarWeb

                    The role

                    You will play a critical support role in building and delivering our new business pitches, as well as how we grow as an agency. This also means that we all have to be commercially aware – by working with your Directors you will help ensure that our clients understand the value of the work that we do and you understand the commercials.                     Working with;
                    • Internal: Agency account team; Directors; Insight and trading teams; Finance.
                    • External: Client marketing team; Other agencies (e.g. Creative, PR, etc); Media owner/suppliers.
                    • Account Managers will report into an Account Director or Business Director, and will have management responsibility for more junior team members and their development.

                    Responsible for;
                    • Managing your client relationship through effective communication, problem solving, and responding to requests.
                    • Taking client briefs. Challenging and stretching them. Working through the planning process and developing a robust comms strategy and media recommendation, whilst managing those needed in the process and ensure everyone is clear on what is required.
                    • Presenting our work back to clients with confidence and credibility, and managing all elements of the process once the client has approved.
                    • Ensuring that project deadlines and budgets are met, communicating and seeking approval of any changes needed.
                    • Identifying ways to grow client accounts through new opportunities.
                    • Managing the work and performance of more junior team members.
                    • Your own performance and growth
                    • Keeping the team and the client up to date with useful knowledge.
                    • Maintaining and communicating accurate records of meetings, decisions and next actions.
                    • Working with Finance to bill the client accurately, chase unpaid invoices, do reconciliations etc
