About The Company

We are an award-winning, independent media agency, with huge passion for our work, alongside our values and unique market approach. Our success can be directly attributed to the levels of client service, planning and implementation (buying) value we deliver for clients that is truly unrivalled elsewhere. We have a unique working environment and open structure which encourages personal development through early client contact, team work/training and exposure to all media from day one. We work closely with our valued clients across a diverse range of sectors.

The role

We are looking for someone to join our strategy team and who can offer us the following attributes and experience:

The Role & Experience:

You will be responsible for the quality of strategic thinking on a number of client accounts
Help clients grow their business with creative problem solving
To provide clarity and direction on key client’s accounts
To be able to consult on a marketing/business strategy level (not just media) to keep our client thinking upstream
To deliver nuanced business, marketing and comms strategies for each brand, led by insight and evidence
To pitch fresh and innovative ideas to clients
To stay in touch with society and the trends that are changing it
To have a strong one-on-one relationship with each of your senior clients – CMOs, CEOs, etc
To advise on measurement, cutting-edge tech, research, and more alongside our specialist teams
To ensure strategic recommendations are evident in implementation
To increase our strategic profile by writing and publishing perspectives and thought-pieces
To lead the strategy in new business pitches when needed

The candidate

You may be in a senior comms planning role looking to move into strategy, or you may already be a strategist in either a media agency or another discipline who’s after a fresh challenge

You will live and breathe strategy and be an innovative forward-facer always looking to discover and test the best new developments that are right for your client

A thinker and creative problem solver, who can set out clear ideas that make a difference to client businesses and to our agency itself

A convincing presenter, able to sell strategies to clients and inspire them to buy into breakthrough ideas that don’t follow category conventions

You’ll be pragmatic –a ‘doer’, someone who rolls up their sleeves and gets the job done
Able to translate strategic direction into executional guidance

We’re an agency built on culture and collaboration – you will have great interpersonal skills and be confident speaking to teammates, clients, other agencies and media owners, politely and positively, with the ability to make the complex simple

A strong work ethic – you will be self-motivated and able to take the initiative as a leader or integral member of your team – get it done!

Keen to contribute to agency life beyond your core day to day role – you will have the opportunity to join one of the leadership teams who shape our initiatives across the agency.

More than anything, we want to work with people who are naturally curious and optimistic
